Course Description

This three-part series will support Student Services professionals in fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to create more inclusive schools. Building on prior courses, which focused on the development of coaching and mentoring skills, this course will focus on the content that can be embedded into those coaching and mentoring experiences.

Learner Outcomes

Participants will: 

  • Describe the roles and responsibilities of interdisciplinary team members in creating learning environments that meet the needs of all learners
  • Evaluate inclusive academic and social-emotional outcomes in their school settings,  
  • Identify opportunities for deeper implementation of high-leverage practices through Muti-Tiered Systems of Support, and 
  • Establish goals for mentoring work focused on collaboration and inclusive practices.
